1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vialr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Vialr ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
Vialr is a free peptide tracking app for iOS that helps you manage peptide protocols, dosage schedules, and vial inventory. All data is stored entirely on your device. The App has no backend, no user accounts, no cloud sync, and no in-app purchases.
3. Local-First Data
All data you enter into the App is stored solely on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or transmit any of your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. If you delete the App or your device is lost or damaged, your data cannot be recovered by us.
4. Not Medical Advice
The App is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol. We are not liable for health decisions made based on information tracked in the App.
5. Eligibility
The App is rated 13+ on the App Store. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Vialr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or device issues. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All locally stored data will be removed when the App is deleted. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
