Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 5, 2026
App Name: Vialr (PepTracker)
Controller:Vialr ("we," "us," "our")
Plain-English Summary
- We do not run a user-data backend for Vialr.
- We do not collect or store your health/personal entries on our servers.
- Your tracking data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export/share it.
- If you enable Apple features (like HealthKit or App Store billing), Apple may process data under Apple's policies.
1. Data We Process (On Device)
a) Information You Provide
- Peptide tracking data (e.g., schedules, logs, notes)
- Weight and body measurement entries
- Blood panel and related wellness entries
- Optional profile fields (e.g., display name)
b) Diagnostics and Crash Data
By default, we do not collect your app data on our servers.
If crash/diagnostic information is shared, it is typically handled by Apple (for example, iOS diagnostics or App Store crash reporting) according to Apple's own privacy terms.
c) HealthKit Data (Optional)
If you choose to connect Apple Health, and grant iOS Health permissions, the app may read and/or write authorized health metrics. HealthKit access is controlled by you in iOS Settings.
2. How Data Is Used
Data is used locally in the app to:
- Provide core app functionality (tracking, charts, reminders)
- Sync/import/export features you request
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable
We do not use your health data for advertising profiling, and we do not sell your data.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK, where applicable)
Depending on jurisdiction, we process data under one or more legal bases:
- Contract (to provide the app features you requested)
- Consent (e.g., HealthKit permissions)
- Legitimate interests (app security, reliability)
- Legal obligation
4. Data Storage and Retention
- App data is stored locally on your device unless you export/share it.
- Backup/export files are created only when you request them.
- You can remove data by deleting entries in-app or deleting the app from your device.
- We do not retain your health entries on our servers because we do not host them.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share your personal health entries from our servers because we do not store them there.
We may share limited data with:
- Apple (App Store billing/subscriptions, HealthKit framework operations)
- Service providers only if you later enable/configure such services
- Authorities when required by law
6. International Transfers
Because we do not host your app entries on our servers, international transfer by us is generally not applicable. Third-party platforms you use (such as Apple services) may process data internationally under their own terms.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent (for consent-based processing)
You can also revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
If you want your local data removed, you can delete entries in-app or uninstall the app.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect children's personal data without appropriate consent.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store, StoreKit, HealthKit). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date.

App Store Privacy Notes (Suggested)
For App Store submission consistency, ensure your App Privacy labels match your actual implementation (for example: data stored on device, no developer-side tracking, and any Apple-managed diagnostics disclosures as needed).
