End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute, sublicense, or make the App available over a network for use on multiple devices simultaneously.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Local-First Data Storage

All data created in the App is stored locally on your device. We have no backend, no user accounts, and no way to access or retrieve your data. You are solely responsible for your data. If you uninstall the App, all data is permanently deleted.

4. No Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs in the App. For website analytics, see our Privacy Policy.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. The App is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or device issues.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Apple App Store Terms

This Agreement is between you and Vialr, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms, Apple's Terms shall take precedence.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement.
